Prime Capital Investment Advisors (“PCIA”)

PCIA is a Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) with $25 billion in assets under management (AUM). Our nearly 200 advisors and over 300 total team members serve clients in 48 states out of 70 offices located throughout the country. PCIA operates primarily through 3 brands. Prime Capital Wealth Management (PCWM) serves over 15,000 individual wealth management households and provides various services from financial planning to investment management. Qualified Plan Advisors (QPA) provides retirement plan consulting services to medium and large employers across the United States, serving 800 employers and several hundred thousand retirement plan participants. Financial Fitness for Life provides financial wellness, education and asset management services to retirement participants and data analytics services to employers.

Position Overview

PCIA presently has a ten-person investment and trading team responsible for managing or advising on over $25B of client assets across a variety of strategies, asset classes, and portfolios. In anticipation of continued rapid AUM growth, investment product development, and investment process scaling, the team is seeking to hire an additional investment analyst for our portfolio management unit. The investment analyst would become an integral member of a high-performing team and support several critical investment analysis and portfolio management activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Investment Analyst will be instrumental in scaling the delivery and management of customized investment solutions for our PCWM and QPA advisors. This will involve developing efficient and repeatable research processes across qualitative and quantitative areas, including market, economic, sector, company, fund, and manager analysis. Portfolio management responsibilities may be an element of this role depending on candidate experience and capabilities. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with the investment team and advisors to standardize and systematize the creation of investment recommendations and strategies tailored to specific client needs while delivering ongoing to the firm’s nearly 200 advisors.
