Executive Director - Captains Club

The Client is a 30 year established, leading not-for-profit based in Las Vegas who's mission is saving the lives of unborn children by sharing the love of Jesus Christ through spiritual, physical, emotional, and educational support to our patients. This person would lead a team of 20 with a $4M P&L and report to a high-functioning board.

The ideal hire will ensure program excellence, foster stakeholder engagement, drive fundraising success, and guide strategic growth. The ED leads a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care, build strong relationships with stakeholders, raise funds, and strategically position our organization for regional and national expansion. This role demands a deep commitment to the organization's faith, mission, values, and the ability to lead with excellence.

Success Outcome 1: Stewardship of Mission and Program Excellence

Ensure mission adherence and program excellence through rigorous evaluation and compliance.

• Ensure the highest quality of patient care and financial stewardship.
• Implement policies and annual goals.
• Maintain ongoing local programmatic excellence.
• Safeguard compliance with State, Federal, and relevant agency regulations.
• Continually build relationships to fulfill patient needs and maximize potential with new patients and collaborations.

Success Outcome 2: Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

Engage stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction while inspiring and supporting the organization's teams.

• Actively engage and energize volunteers, board members, event committees, alumni, partnering organizations, and funders.
• Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain senior management team.
• Safeguard compliance with State, Federal, and relevant agency regulations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enhance patient care and community support.

Success Outcome 3: Fundraising and Communications:

Achieve successful fundraising and effective communications to support the organization's mission.

• Ensure the success of all income initiatives.
• Expand local revenue-generating and fundraising activities.
• Deepen and refine all aspects of communications.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward annual funding activities.
• Plan and direct capital campaign initiatives.

Success Outcome 4: Strategic Planning and New Business Development

Orchestrate and implement strategic plans for funding diversification, operational efficiency, and program replication.

• Implement and complete the strategic business planning process.
• Develop three-year strategic fundraising plans.
• Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and philanthropy structures.
• Plan and direct capital campaign initiatives.
• Publish and communicate program results, emphasizing local program success as a model for regional and national replication.
