We are looking for a dynamic, motivated BCBA to join our team. The “Captain” will be working with clients in a clinic/ school based setting. This position has no in-home programs.
As part of our dynamic team of professionals you will:
Job Responsibilities:
Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc) and functional assessment measures (e.g., FBA)
Develop individualized goals and objectives for client programs and design behavior intervention plans based on functional assessment data
Provide supervision to R/BTs and provide constructive feedback on performance
Provide supervision to BC(a)BA students
Conduct regular caregiver training and consultation
Manage and collaborate with other therapeutic and educational providers involved with clients’ cases
Help promote a positive and fun working environment and show strong leadership skills
Qualifications:
Current BCBA Certification (required) and LBA in NC (preferred)
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) and completion of VCS in ABA
At least 1 year of BCBA experience (highly preferred)
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed salaried position based on 25-30 billable hours per week. Yearly merit increases, generous PTO time, and paid holidays.

Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
