Kwaan Tech is searching for a highly motivated and skilled project manager to support our customer with the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis.
Core Duties include:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to define the concept and create a process to move forward with OIA projects
- Setting and managing client expectations, developing detailed project plans, defining project scope, and identifying team members to specific tasks
- Coordinating internal resources and ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Reporting and escalating issues and risks to management as needed
- Monitoring project progress and deadlines
- Remaining aware of project progress and performance
- Anticipating delays and planning for changes and expansion of project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluating project performance
- Identifying lessons learned
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Performing risk management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
- Experience with developing and tracking plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, requirements
- Strong communication skills to engage senior and executive level stakeholders
- Experience working on Federal or Government projects requiring extensive external coordination
- Top Secret Clearance Required. with SCI eligibility
- Highly Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Desired: Certified Associate Project Management certification (CAPM)
- Desired experience working with SCIF construction
