Pushkin's Bakery and Cafe in Roseville is looking for a Front of House Lead to join our team. Please apply if you have experience and think this team is the right team for you!

We are looking for self motivated leaders that know how to supervise a team in their day-to-day tasks. The Lead must be able to work efficiently and have excellent communication skills. It is preferred that our Front of House Leads have a strong understanding of baking and food production, as well as sanitation and safety standards. The Leads are responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Bakery and Cafe operations with the support of the Lead and Management Teams.

The right candidate will be a skilled leader, detail oriented, able to communicate directly and clearly, have familiarity with professional kitchens as well as high quality customer focused service, and will be capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast paced environment.
