As a School Education Manager, you are a(n):

· Coach! Regularly conduct observations in all classrooms and provide ongoing feedback on curriculum implementation, classroom management, positive behavior strategies, and lesson planning.

· Ambassador! Ensure the effective delivery and communication of our Academy’s robust STEAM based curricular offerings to all current and prospective families.

· Partner! In collaboration with your School Principal, ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing and Accreditation standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.

Job Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.

· Must meet state education and experience requirements for Child Care center director.

· 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
