Hollie Ray Boutique is a locally owned women's clothing boutique headquartered in Franklin, TN. Our mission is to provide a great shopping experience for our customers by assisting them to find styles that make them feel their best and stay on-trend. We strive to go above and beyond by providing personalized service for each of our customers and by providing great quality items that will last.

Position Summary:

This position is for our brand new location, nuzzled in the heart of downtown Franklin. As a store manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at Hollie Ray to increase loyalty, retention, and sales. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

• Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
• Provides the best customer service that fosters an amazing customer experience each and every time
• Strong desire to learn about the brands we carry and seek out information about new products or brands
• Knowledgeable about the fit and care of the products in order to assist customers with their product questions
• Completes daily / weekly / monthly tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and empowered workspace for everyone.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience as a store manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Pay rate is determined based on experience.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $23.00/hour.
