Sage Boutique is looking for dependable, enthusiastic team members for our Conway location.
We are primarily seeking full-time employees, who can work the hours of 9:45 a.m.-5:15 p.m.. Tuesday-Saturday.
We’re an established boutique looking for sales and checkout staff who are upbeat, responsible, reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with people. We offer a fun, relaxed work environment and a great team atmosphere. Our employees enjoy what they do, and we’re looking for people who will be a great addition to our team!
Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Job responsibilities include:
- Operating the cash register and assisting customers with purchases
- Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service
- Steaming and preparing clothing for the sales floor
- Assisting with pricing and merchandising
- Creating and posting engaging outfits and other content on our social media pages
- Helping maintain a clean and organized store, including light cleaning such as vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining the staff restroom
Applicants must be willing and able to work at our Conway store.
Availability is required Tuesday–Saturday between 9:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Full-time employees can expect approximately 30–40 hours per week. Any hours worked over 40 in a workweek will be paid at 1½ times the regular hourly rate.
Training will take place at our Conway location, so applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to our Conway location for both training and scheduled shifts.
