We are now hiring a day porter / light maintenance technician for our
Sunnyvale property. This is a part time position. We are looking for an
energetic, hardworking, and dedicated individual to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for growth and learning for future maintenance
technicians.

Duties:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, common areas and entire property.
• Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, office, laundry rooms, common areas and facilities.
• Vacuuming all carpet and rug and dusting fixtures, countertops, desks, and other surfaces.
• Refilling paper products.
• Picking up and empty trash.
• Wiping down windows, glass and all necessary surfaces.
• Provide assistance to head maintenance.
• Help in turnovers.
• Change lights when necessary.
• Perform small repairs as needed.
• Service restrooms.
• Implement and follow all of our company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or on-site Community Manager
• Complies with company safety policies, procedures and with Fair Housing Requirements.
• Completes required preventative Maintenance for property as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Work with maintenance supervisors and/or outside vendors to fulfill work orders.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repair.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (some college preferred).
• Prior Janitorial / Maintenance Experience.
• Valid California Drivers License.

• Basic Maintenance Knowledge.
• Friendly Demeanor.
