Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds healthy and attractive.
- Operate grounds equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, power tools, irrigation systems, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain grounds equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure optimal operation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in groundskeeping.
- Ability to operate power tools safely including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the physical stamina necessary for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
