We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Damages & Claims team at one of the leading transportation companies within the entertainment industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our damages and claims department by assisting in claim processing, reviewing certificates of insurance, and preparing and filing essential documents for HUT, MVT, UCR, and other related tasks.
Requirements
Job Functions:
- Process damage claims
- Prepare and file for HUT, MVT, UCR, etc.
- Review customer-provided certificates of insurance
- DOT Number administration
- Provide general assistance to Damages & Claims manager
Qualifications :
- 2 years of adminstrative experience preferred
- Prior experience processing insurance claims a plus
- Prior experience in the automotive field a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Demonstrated ability to follow directives
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must submit to a background check, including criminal history, and personal references.
