Job Overview:

IMS Super User. Design, analyze, and distribute monthly dashboard for use by executives in high level business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce development and process improvement
• IMS Super User. Design, analyze, and distribute monthly dashboard for use by executives in high level business decisions.
• Manage end to end reporting processes for internal and external customers. Communicating Direct/Indirect sales on required intervals.
• Create and Distribute documentation for new product launches including HDA's, SDS, and forms to the pricing compendia. Ensure pricing is loaded on time so governmental reimbursement programs can bill claims.
• Create and Maintain all pipeline and new product launch schedules to ensure products are launched on time and sucessfully to create new revenue for the business. Be the 'go-to' resource for all inquiries around new product launches regardinging timing, pricing, and market research.
• Assess current market pricing for Pipeline products and set WAC/SWP pricing to be loaded with pricing compendia.
• Design high level business reviews for customer scorecard meetings. Present trends and shortfalls of historical business and propose opportunities to grow certain markets/product families.
• Identify market trends, size, and opportunities in order to set target share and launch quantities for NPL products. Communicate launch quantities to India for manufacturing plan.
• Identify weaknesses and opportunities in current SOP's. Implement changes to current processes to improve efficeiencies and streamline workflows.
• Manage image requirements for all in-line and pipeline product portfolios. Manage inventory availability, sample sourcing, and image warehousing for customer and agency requirements

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:

• Expert level in data mining and analysis capabilities especially utilizing Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Generic pharmaceutical experience is highly desired.
• Experience in IMS, Analysource, iContracts, and Oracle systems is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business or Finance preferred.
• 2-5 years of business experience preferably in Business or Finance.
