Our client, a luxury British fragrance brand is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20 – $24/hr based on experience
Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Associate modifies daily report and send to the sales team. The Customer Experience Associate also loops in teams if any tracking or order status appears.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:
- Review & process EDI orders – including all correspondence both internal & external, as well as reporting
- Review & process SAS orders – including all correspondence both internal & external
- Review & process any Free of Charge orders
- Review & accept or reject web orders flagged for fraud
- Review inbound docs for any order errors
- Update & modify any orders (EDI, SAS, or web) for OOS
- Generate CI’s, as requested
- Review & process any returns
Qualifications of the Customer Experience Associate:
- SAP is a must!
- Beauty/Fashion experience – a plus
- Local resident – a plus (one or two days in New York Office)
- Sales

- Excel
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
