Description:
-Full cycle recruiting, overseeing a requisition from creation through the offer stage
-Managing of ATS (ICIMs)
-Manage requisition load of 25 roles
-Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
-Manage and attend career fairs
-Up to date market trends and analysis
-Ability to present to a large team
-Direct and manage team of 4
Skills & Qualifications:
-5 years of full cycle recruiting, preferably in a high volume environment
-ATS expereince (ICIMs highly preferred)
-Bachelors Degree preferred
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
