We were recently named as one of the fastest growing staffing firms in the US, and we’re currently looking for a Recruitment Executive to help support the growth of our fastest growing, most exciting division = Renewable Energy.

Job Responsibilities:
- This positions sits on our new Renewables teams and will be supporting the recruitment efforts of someone of the most exciting renewable energy companies in the world
- Conduct cold and warm outreach to candidates through LinkedIn, cold calling, marketing, job boards and our internal CRM
- Conduct candidate meetings via Zoom or in person
- Build your brand on social media and create engaging content to attract clients and candidates.
- Headhunt for talent and conduct screening calls while building a network of candidates in your technical niche.
- Host networking events and become a thought leader in your specific technical market.
- Manage the interview process with client and candidate from submission to offer stage and handle offer negotiation.
Essential Criteria:
- A strong background in agency recruitment
- Tangible examples of success and career progression
- Ability to work from our downtown Chicago office (we have a hybrid schedule, but prefer people who like to be in an office)
- Strong work ethic. This is not a 9 to 5. You'll be pushed, developed, and challenged; we only accept people wiling to go the extra mile.

Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
