RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer-Facing Project Management Duties:

• Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contract operational support functions within the Project involving multiple complex and inter-related Agile software development project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
• Provide overall direction of project activities.
• Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization to monitor and report on customer satisfaction.
• Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs, and contractual obligations.

Customer Facing Scrum Master Duties:

• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum practices 
• Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
• Helping the development team to create high-value products
• Ensuring the development team is working effectively by conducting regular reviews
• Creating transparency in processes and resolving conflicts
• Helping the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work, and product domain
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed, and 
• Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
• Lead and guide the organization in successful Scrum adoption by streamlining processes and ensuring that every member of the team follows the Scrum framework
• Taking part in planning Scrum implementations within the organization and working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business in an Agile Environment
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
• Data analysis - Must have proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience in customer-facing roles and leading teams of technical staff

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

CERTIFICATIONS: Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) and Agile Methodology
