quality of community-based ABA services ( in school, day care, and home settings)
BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Responsibilities:
- Development of assessments utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary (i.e VB-MAPP, FBA)
- Development of treatment plans
- Analyze data and implement data driven program changes
- Supervision of behavior assistants
- Supervision and oversight of a diverse caseload of clients
- Parent training
BCBA/ BCaBA Qualifications
- BCBA/BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Graduate degree
- Experience working with children
- One to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
