Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and laboratory testing.

* 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin per week

* No nights or weekends/No Call

* Join a practice of 3 Physicians and 2 APPs

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating lifestyle modifications, dietary counseling, behavioral therapy, and pharmacotherapy as appropriate.

* Surgical and non-surgical weight management pathways available

* Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the continuity and efficacy of patient care.

* Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes effectively.

* Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in obesity medicine and bariatric care.

* Participate in educational initiatives and outreach programs to promote healthy weight management within the community.

Requirements:

* Board Certified in Obesity Medicine

* 2 years of post-training experience
