Our mission is to exceed people's expectations of classic comfort food dishes while also spotlighting local ingredients, contemporary taste and creativity. In the spirit of the best Italian tradition, we use the highest quality ingredients, with many sourced from local and organic farms. For our Pizza, we only use our natural starter, (NO industrially produced yeast) with a 24 hours maturation of t...he dough. Every pizza ingredient is carefully cooked and prepared in our kitchen.
