PSPs provide financial services to Amazon Sellers, and PSPP formalizes the relationship between Amazon and PSPs. The Payment Service Provider Program enhance's Amazon ability to detect, prevent, and take action against bad actors, protecting customers and sellers from fraud and abuse.
The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager who brings the following to this position: a) strong product and business management skills including the creation of product and business strategy; b) ability to dive into technical details and problem solve with the engineering team; and c) strong internal and external partner management skills, including influencing and negotiating. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $142,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Lead the PSPP program, partner relationships, and engagement strategies
- Lead the product lifecycle, developing and executing "Think Big" strategies to strengthen, grow, and expand the PSPP product offerings.
- Work cross-functionally with other Amazon business units to develop and execute products and programs that align to team and cross-company goals.
- 10 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience working with a broad set up internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, and BI/Data Science
