The **Associate Sales Manager, Corporate Housing** is responsible for growing Sonders top-line revenue stream in the corporate housing segment by prospecting, signing and booking new accounts that include relocation companies, corporate housing companies, and direct corporates. This Sales team member will leverage new and established relationships with corporate housing accounts to ensure new bookings and repeat bookings are closed at a high conversion rate by implementing efficient, client-positive and revenue-positive processes. This Sales team member will prospect new corporate housing business with accounts based in priority cities and knows how to nurture client relationships and work with partner teams to support accounts needs.

**AT SONDER YOU WILL:**

* *Prospect Accounts:* Leverage your experience and network to identify corporate housing accounts in key Sonder cities that are an optimal fit for Sonder. Leverage your Sales super powers to build a base of interest amongst relevant global mobility managers, ensuring the pipeline of prospect accounts for key cities is growing.

* *Account Management* : Manage and support the process, from target account identification to contract negotiating and signing to account nurturing, of growing Sonders corporate housing client base at the above-property level for Sonder in the Americas.

* *Extended Stay & Relocation:* Work with the Corporate Housing coordinators to manage clients inquiries in Sonder cities. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and downstream channels, this individual implements signed agreements, understands the benefits of personal relationships and manages those relationships to increase revenue production.

* *Process Development:* Work closely with partner teams such as Market Operations and Revenue Management to ensure that corporate housing accounts needs are met and that bookings are financially beneficial to Sonder.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR:**

* Minimum 3 years successfully managing new client sales, and nurturing existing clients, in a growing service-based organization; corporate housing or travel industry preferred.

* Proven success as a trail-blazer, incredible ability and passion for building something new in a growing organization; proven success in building a sales playbook from the ground up.

* Proven success in driving an organizations revenue through proactively targeting, negotiating with, and securing new productive partnerships and business.

* Thorough understanding of Global Mobility/Relocation, Hospitality, or Corporate housing sales process.

* Understanding of hospitality reservations, rate quoting, and distribution processes is very beneficial.

* Proven experience creating new efficient & effective operations processes in a complex environment.

* Incredible balance of left & right brain; extremely organized and extremely communicative.

* Solid financial acumen; understands how the teams goals support the organizations financial goals.
