Ketron Custom Builders is a high-end residential construction company located in central Ohio. We are in our 25th year of business and primarily work in and around Columbus. We specialize in everything from bathrooms to new builds. In all projects, craftsmanship and attention to detail are the utmost important. Throughout our 25 years of servicing Columbus, we have established a tradition of executing projects at a very high level.

This is not your ordinary construction job. Ketron Custom Builders (KCB) has built a reputation for top quality craftsmanship and construction. This reputation is the product of an experienced and passionate team. We are looking to add Carpenters and or Lead carpenters. Our Ideal candidate is someone who has 5 plus years of experience in a construction related field (framing, trim work, tile work, ect.). Above all we need someone who is reliable, and up to the task of producing work at a high level.

Full time job based on a 40 hour work week. Overtime is available and overtime hours are not capped. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, 7am production meeting on Monday mornings. These meetings will be held at our shop in Granville, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Drive yourself to job sites

• Leading/assisting projects to completion

• Facilitating daily tasks

• Performing construction tasks such as interior trim, tile work, framing, woodworking, and more.

• Communicate with Clients, Sub Contractors, and other personnel

• Help to facilitate an enjoyable customer experience

• Problem solving construction situations

• The applicant must be professional

• Have a general construction knowledge

• Experience in framing, tile, woodworking, ect.

• Skilled and attentive to detail

• Good communication skills

• Able to lift and move heavy objects

• Organized, prepared, and on-time

• Own a reliable vehicle

• Own basic construction hand tools
