Action Plumbing, Heating, A/C, & Electrical is a new construction subcontractor that operates in Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas. Action's main focus is to deliver quality & reliable service to our partners and general contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the instructions of a project manager when working on a project.
- Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with general contractors to create more efficient project methods.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
- Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
- Reviewing project tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Work alone or in teams to solve technical problems on a wide variety of projects.
- Assemble the closeout package including maintenance agreements, equipment information, warranties, and contractor contact information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
