Description:

• Communicate and develop designs with PAs, consultants, engineers, and designers
• Work on a variety of commercial projects through different phases
• Independently apply architectural concepts and designs
• May provide technical guidance to junior architects
• Produce construction documents in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Potential for site visits, code and zone research
• Assist with interior development for certain clients

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture
  • Must be accredited in the United States
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit is highly preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience working at an architecture firm
  • This does NOT include internship experience
• Experience producing full sets of construction documents
• Experience working on commercial projects is highly preferred
• Must be immediately local
  • In office/hybrid role
  • No relocation
• Must have valid, permanent work authorization
  • No educational extension
