Position Title: Roofing Site Supervisor As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the roofing installation process for Kingdom Roofing. You will work closely with our installation partners, the customer, and our Construction Superintendent to ensure a quality remodel. Candidates with excellent communication, documentation skills, and prior hands-on experience will be successful in this vital role. Proper delivery of projects - overseeing and documenting each remodel through software, ensuring quality standards while meeting manufacturer guidelines
Customer service and relationship building - during an installation, you are greeting the property owner, keeping them updated on the progress, and sharing any issues that may be discovered during a remodel
Quality control and safety - ensure all projects are being performed safely to OSHA standards and actively inspect work as it progresses through the day to limit call-back work as much as possible
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12-18 months of hands-on experience in residential roofing
Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, and construction processes
Valid driver's license and smartphone required
Able to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards
Build and develop productive working relationships with colleagues
Organization and attention to detail on paperwork
Proficient with technology and able to learn new software

Compensation & Benefits: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience and proven track record with benefits including:
