We're looking for an ambitious, results-driven Roofing & Remodeling Sales Manager to recruit, train, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team in the Wichita market.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who isn't afraid to get in the field, lead by example, and build a winning sales organization.

Preferred Experience:
- Roofing, remodeling, construction, restoration, or home improvement sales experience.
- Previous sales management or team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue goals.
- Experience recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
- Experience with in-home sales, outside sales, or door-to-door sales is a plus.
