We are looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Guide customers through different services offered (e.g., delivery, assembly, planning tools).
Collaborate with store departments to address customer needs (e.g., stock checks, order tracking).
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
