Job Description

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and facilitating onboarding
• Assist in implementing and improving internal communication and employer branding strategies
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives including training sessions, workshops, and team-building events
• Support employee engagement programs and well-being initiatives
• Help organize and follow up on performance evaluations and development conversations
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation related to soft HR topics (training logs, feedback systems, etc.)
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• You have at least some prior experience in a Human Resources function, preferably with a focus on soft HR (internships are also considered)
• You are fluent in English, and either Dutch or French
• You are passionate about the sports industry and eager to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
• You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are a strong communicator with a high level of discretion, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working with people and are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
