Commercial Law Consultant

For one of our client we are looking for a Commercial Law consultant

Job description :

Draft contractual correspondence

Provide strategic support in contract analysis and negotiations.

Assist in the execution of projects by managing contract administration (customers and suppliers), with a focus on public contracts and claim management.

Provide legal support in coordination with the Group’s Commercial & Legal department.

Train teams on public contract administration and promote best practices.

Implement tools for contract management: Scope of Work, RACI matrix, deviation lists, MCPR schedules, meeting minutes, etc.

Attend meetings with customers, partners, and suppliers with project teams to secure contract conditions, margins, and cash collection.

Your Profile :

Proven experience in commercial and corporate Law, M&A experience is a huge plus

Master's degree in Law

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

Excellent professional use of French and English
