Join a dynamic IT environment where you will be responsible for ensuring IT infrastructure and operations remain resilient against disruptions, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, and system failures. This role focuses on developing and maintaining business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) plans while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to create and maintain robust continuity strategies.
Your Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Ensure IT resilience strategies align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Define recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO) for IT services.
Plan and execute regular IT disaster recovery exercises and business continuity tests.
Analyze test results and update continuity plans accordingly.
Conduct training sessions for IT teams and business stakeholders on continuity procedures.
Ensure IT BC/DR strategies comply with industry regulations and best practices (ISO 22301, NIST, GDPR).
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Work with auditors and regulatory bodies to demonstrate IT resilience compliance.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and business teams to enhance continuity measures.
Stay updated on emerging threats, new technologies, and industry best practices for IT resilience.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve IT continuity and disaster recovery.
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
You have extensive experience (5 years) in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Business Continuity.
You have a solid understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies and their application in architecture design and development.
You possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, focusing on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You hold EU citizenship and are fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
You have experience in a public administration or similarly complex environment (preferred).
