We're looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead and scale our product team, defining the next generation of decentralized platforms.

The Role

As our Head of Product, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and community teams to deliver best-in-class Web3 products. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is deeply passionate about blockchain technology, user experience, and scaling product organizations in rapidly evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the company's mission and growth goals.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, designers, and researchers across multiple time zones.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and delightful Web3 experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Community teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Utilize user research, market data, and analytics to prioritize features and improve user engagement.
• Translate complex blockchain and decentralized concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Stay at the forefront of Web3 trends (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, zk-proofs, Layer 2 solutions, etc.) and identify new product opportunities.
• Represent the product function to leadership, investors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7 years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including blockchain protocols, smart contracts, DeFi, wallets, and dApps.
• Proven success building and scaling products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (Web3, Fintech, SaaS, Gaming or similar industries).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with remote, multicultural, and distributed teams.
• Based in Europe or APAC time zones, with flexibility to occasionally overlap with other regions.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Solidity, Rust, Cosmos SDK, or other blockchain development environments.
• Bonus: Previous entrepreneurial/startup experience.
