Key Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven sales team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in senior-level sales positions, including at least 3 years within the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.

Expertise in navigating complex negotiations and fostering strong, long-term client partnerships.
