Job Overview
Waterfield's Bakery is a well-established Northwest Based Family-owned Quality Bakers with 36 shops across the Northwest, our family values centre around our people. We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant for our shop based in the Cherry Tree Centre Wallasey

We have a friendly environment in a variety of locations across the Northwest where exceptional customer service is the norm not the exception. As a Waterfield's Retail Sales Assistant, you are expected to maximise sales through effective baking of savoury goods, stock merchandising and customer service.

We provide our customers with great tasting quality Savouries, Sandwiches, Bread and Confectionery goods.

Key responsibilities include:

• In store baking of all savoury and sweet pastry goods throughout the day (Pasties, Pies Sausage Rolls, Custards Eccles Cakes etc)
• Maximizing the sales at every opportunity
• Driving sales forward through product availability
• Delivery of excellent customer service.
• A working knowledge of health & safety and food safety legislation

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, with a excellent training programme 16 hours over 3 days additional hours will be available to cover during holidays and sickness.
