Bookkeeper - Part Time

Hours: 6 Hours per Week

Salary: £13 per Hour

We are currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about numbers, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is looking for flexible working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
• Manage invoice creation and follow-up
• Conduct regular ledger reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Work closely with our accounting team to prepare for audits
• Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasting

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Qualifications (e.g., AAT) or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Working Arrangements:

This role offers the possibility of hybrid work arrangements, allowing you to split your time between working from home and our office.
