Job description
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing toppings
- Taking orders and cashier duties
- Opening and closing of the store
- Conduct stock checks and inventory orders
- Knowing all products and services in detail
- Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Safety and hygiene procedures & standards are maintained and complied
We are looking for:
- Previous barista experience is preferred
- Minimum 1 year total F&B working experience required
- A customer-oriented positive attitude
- Quick at performing their tasks - speed is extremely important
- Must be able to work under pressure in high volume busy environment
- Able to handle kitchen work
- Friendly, engaging and fun to be around person
- Passionate about Taiwanese Tea
- Flexible to work full time including evenings and weekends
- Good at time management, problem solving, and a team player
- Good English. Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred but not essential)
- Eligible to work in the UK
