Maintenance Person / Handyperson Required

Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities.

You will be expected to be versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities, including:

- Basic Plumbing: To resolve basic problems such as installing new taps, sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks.
- Decorating: Painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces.
- General Repairs and Maintenance: Installing cabinets, doors, countertops. Fitting flooring including tiles, carpets or other hardwood / laminate aspects. Repair or replace damaged window frames. Assist with basic building brick work & roofing. Replace and clear out guttering. Changing light bulbs.
- Gardening: Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, bushes and trees, weeding, watering flower beds and repairing border walls and fences.

Qualifications
Multiskilled (Handyperson or Maintenance) with broad variety of household skills.
