REFRACTORY FOREMAN BRICKLAYER

Job Title: FOREMAN REFRACTORY BRICKLAYER

We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated team member to permanently join a family-owned business that have operated in Refractory installations for over 45 years.

Fully experienced Refractory Bricklayer/ working Foreman (PAYE on the books)

Full installation of refractory linings(brickwork ,Gunning ,Casting ,Ramming etc.) while leading the team

Based in Carlton in Lindrick Worksop covering all the UK (prefer live within 25 miles of base)

To join our skilled teams of Joiners, Bricklayers, Welders, Guniters (sprayed concrete) to repair and reline Refractory linings to all types of Furnaces.

Company Van provided.

The pay structure would be as follows

· Basic pay 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am to 3.30pm

· After 8hrs 150% for 3hrs then 200%

· Travel time to sites at basic (set times on radius)

· Weekends= Saturday 6am to 12 noon 150%

· Saturday 12noon to 6am Monday 200%

· Reasonable amount of overtime is required

· Minimum 10hr day/night if staying away from home

· Night working required at times (150% pay)

Rates of pay

· Basic per hour £16.06

· 150% £24.09

· 200% £32.12

· Our tradesmen can earn over 50k per year with overtime

· CCNSG SAFETY PASSPORT OR CSCS required

· Full PPE is provided (own boots first 6months no rigger boots)

· 21 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays

· You would be required to undertake training in confined spaces and health and safety as well as others.

· You must be reasonably fit and healthy and be able to use ladders for access
