Due to ongoing expansion we are recruiting for an extremely experienced, qualified and skilled Independent Consultant to undertake Regulation 44 visits in Children Homes.
Candidates must have held a senior leadership roles in a relevant setting and have an excellent understanding of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations and Quality Standards 2015, the National Minimum Standards for Residential Special Schools and the SCCIF. They must be qualified at a management level and have experience of achieving the highest standards of care within residential child care provision.
This post allows consultants the opportunity to continue to have a real impact on the provision of quality care services, but also benefit from a desirable and flexible work schedule.
Consultants must have the ability and skills to produce accurate and professional electronic reports and deliver this to our clients within the expected time constraints.
The ability to manage your own time and travel to our clients who are predominately based in London and the Southeast counties of England, such as, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Surrey, East and West Sussex.
This is a flexible role, which can be undertaken on a full or part-time basis.
Successful candidates will be subject to full vetting in line with children’s homes regulations. This includes Enhanced DBS and referencing from all employment involving care of children and vulnerable adults.
