Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper
Location: Nottinghamshire (with the possibility of working from home)
Pay: £15-£20 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 3–5 days a week (flexible based on business needs)
Are you an organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper looking for a flexible role? We are seeking a qualified or experienced professional to manage our accounts and provide reliable financial support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all records are up to date.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Support payroll and VAT submissions as required.
Requirements
Previous experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in SAGE accountancy software is essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A professional bookkeeping qualification is desirable but not essential if backed by experience.
