• 1 Full-Time Position (32-35 hours per week)
• 2 Part-Time Positions

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced baristas to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of barista and customer service experience. Bar work experience is preferred but not essential. This role also involves food preparation and serving, so a good level of food safety and hygiene is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistent quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate till operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bar work experience preferred but not essential.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
