Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Oodles Noodles MCR as a Barista! We are seeking a passionate individual to craft delicious beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and addressing inquiries
- Adhere to food safety standards and ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Assist in the preparation of light snacks or pastries to complement beverages
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
