Part-time Sales Assistant

Olivers Fitted Furniture are looking for a part time sales assistant to join the team at our Shipston on Stour showroom. The successful applicant would be expected to greet customers who visit the showroom to view our products with a view to booking a design appointment for us to provide a bespoke quote for their needs.

In addition, customers who have already placed orders may visit to view colours and other options in store in order to finalise their order.

Whilst on duty, each employee is responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy showroom, answering telephone enquiries and keeping showroom specific data records up to date.

Training and guidance will be provided, but some basic sales or customer support experience would be preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Some administrative experience would be preferred, including knowledge of CRM and invoicing software systems.

The position will be based on three days per week - 6 hours per day - alternate Mondays and Saturdays, plus every Wednesday and Friday.
Occasional cover may be required for holidays, including some Saturdays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£15.44 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
