Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Drive full-cycle recruitment
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate and support internal teams
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable insights on trends and competitors
  • DE&I Initiatives: Ensure an inclusive recruitment process
  • Performance Metrics: Meet KPIs for cost, time, and quality of hires
  • Budget Management: Oversee recruitment budget
  • Direct Sourcing: Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and other methods
  • Referral Scheme: Manage employee referrals
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance recruitment processes
  • ATS: Lead the use of Workable ATS
  • Reports: Provide weekly vacancy updates
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure excellent pre-boarding
  • Training: Train hiring managers on recruitment skills


Requirements

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Recruitment: Significant in-house or RPO experience
  • Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence up to Senior Management level
  • Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights
  • Techniques: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies
  • ATS: Proficient with ATS, preferably Workable
  • LinkedIn: Skilled in sourcing candidates
  • Excel: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Preferred: Degree in HR or related field (not essential)
