Part-Time Bookkeeper (UK Qualified)

Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible part-time role with a growing food and hospitality business?

We’re looking for a UK-qualified Bookkeeper to join our team and support our finance function with precision and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in keeping our records accurate, up to date, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero (or similar software)

* Bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking

* VAT returns and HMRC reporting

* Payroll support and pension submissions

* Liaise with our accountant and management team

Requirements:

* UK-recognised bookkeeping qualification (AAT, ICB, etc.)

* Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience

* Strong knowledge of UK VAT and payroll

* Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
