Carswell Holidays is part of the Carswell Estate, a family-owned organic dairy farm business. Carswell Holidays includes 9 holiday cottages. a wedding field located on the cliffs with stunning views to the sea and a newly built event space. We are set over 1200 acres, based in a small corner of stunning South Devon countryside with the most beautiful scenery between Newton Ferrers and Holbeton in South Hams near Plymouth.

Due to expanding our holiday cottages portfolio we are looking for 2 new cleaners to join our established friendly team of 10.

Our changeover days are Monday and Friday with shift times starting at 9:45am with a flexible end time up to 4pm.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning holiday cottages ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the cottage is exceptional at all times. This role is varied with cottages spread over 2 miles including a private Beach Hut so physical fitness is essential.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• A proactive approach with a strong drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence is essential due to our remote location
• This is a self-employed role, £12.50 per hour paid monthly
