Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Nitra, Slovakia. As an HR Generalist, your role will involve collaborating closely with Senior Management to develop, execute, and oversee the organization's People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of payroll documents to the payroll company, and maintain accurate personnel and payroll data in the system.
• Prepare amendments to employment contracts, update systems accordingly, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including cooperation with HR Operations for contract terminations.
• Implement and drive global, regional, and cluster HR activities and processes for the local site, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources topics, especially regarding salaries, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
• Manage personnel agenda as directed by the superior, including the preparation of reports and adherence to organizational requirements.
• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of meal vouchers/cards for employees.
• Calculate bonuses and other wage claims in compliance with company policies and processes.
• Offer advice and service to company management in the areas of personnel administration, employee relations, and HR practices.
• Responsible for blue-collar recruitment activities in the location, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Your Profile:

• Bachlor's degree in Human resources, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in HR or related fields.
• Proficiency in using attendance systems and MS Office applications.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, with expertise in logical and search functions (preferred).
• Knowledge of HR principles, procedures, and relevant documentation.
• Slovak & English fluent in spoken & written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to company systems and policies.
• Commitment to learning and adhering to safety procedures and policies.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
