Enterprise Architect in Access4You

Our brand Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia entered the life of Košice region in 2006 under the name of T-Systems Slovakia and ever since has been inextricably linked with the region when became one of the founding members of Košice IT Valley. The main purpose of this job is senior technical expert responsibility for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

About the project

Workplace Experience is part of Deutsche Telekom IT with end-to-end responsibility for all services around the digital workplace, digital collaboration, Identity and Access Management and user support for employees of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The goal is to enable and enhance the users’ productivity and experience. Workplace Experience acts as product provider with a comprehensive, standardized product portfolio, offering products to all DT units globally.

The Access4You Service Hub bundles the identity, authentication and authorization portfolio for Deutsche Telekom globally. To enable access to all necessary IT services, our portfolio also includes IT Shop for our employees at Deutsche Telekom and virtual desktop services for external partners.



Our customers are all corporate segments and international entities, followed by the applications that require identity and access management services in a secure and compliant way.



Core Technologies used in our ecosystem are OneIdentity, MS Active Directory and Azure AD, IBM ISAM/ISVA, syscovery SavvySuite, Intercede & Nexus Group PKI to deliver our products and services around CIAM/CAIMAN, Corporate Active Directory, Telekom SSO, MyIT and VDS.



The hub is structured into SAFe driven value streams (DevOps) and operations focused value streams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• The Access4You Service Hub is working on a state-of-the-art secure access into the global Telekom World with just one sign-on. Employees get the IT products, services and platforms to be productive at Telekom.
• We bundle the identity, authentication and authorization activities for internal tools and services of Deutsche Telekom. Additionally the VDS (virtual desktop services) is part of the scope.
• It provides secure and compliant services for all business applications internationally.
• Key-Stakeholder beside the management team of DTIT and the cross demand bodies of all group segments incl. all international units.
• The hub is structured into SAFe driven value streams (DevOps) and operations focused value streams.
• Applications in scope (examples): Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, CAIMAN (One.Identity), CIAM, myIT, VDS
  
  

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

Have an overview about all our applications (Identity & Access management, Sign On and order processes) and is able to help our Agile teams by further developing and harmonizing of the widely used products and services in our environment.



As a Solution Architect,

• you are responsible for designing and advising end-to-end solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements . Your focus is mainly on ordering and provisioning of software, hardware, and virtual IT assets,
• you consult and support the teams in designing solutions for complex demands,
• you describe the solution context and solution intent, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems,
• you take part in defining and communicating a shared vision for our environment.

Your ideal skill set:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role,
• You have working knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, One.Identity, SavvySuite,
• Experience with operating system (OS) and database (DB) level integration, as well as expertise in directory services, access management, and identity management (IDM) layers,
• Understanding of modern authentication & authorization (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect) is required,

• Experience in microservices architecture and API gateway technologies,

• Experience designing solutions for multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud),

• Knowledge in one Programming Language is appreciated.

Additional requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that address those requirements effectively
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, SAP, etc.) and HR tools would be a strong asset.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and integrating third-party solutions into the overall architecture would be an advantage.
• Architecture Governance: Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Zachman is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is an advantage.
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will vary and will not be lower than 3 100 € /brutto.
