Technical Lead

We're seeking a Mid-Level Technical Developer with strong engineering fundamentals who can bridge the gap between HubSpot CRM consulting and custom development. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom integrations, mainly between HubSpot and third-party systems
• Develop backend solutions for automation workflows and data processing
• Create frontend applications within HubSpot CMS and other systems
• Provide technical consulting on HubSpot CRM implementation and optimization
• Collaborate directly with clients to scope requirements and deliver solutions
• Design system architecture that aligns with client business processes and technical needs
• Document technical solutions and knowledge for clients and internal use

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development
• Experience with both relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB)
• Solid understanding of system architecture and system design principles
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Frontend development skills with React.js
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy software integrations
• Experience in client-facing technical roles with strong communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Previous experience with HubSpot CRM and HubSpot development tools
• Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks (Svelte, Next.js, Astro, Alpine.js)
• Familiarity with Golang or Python
• Experience implementing AI solutions (LLMs, agentic systems)
• Experience with marketing technology and CRM systems
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
