Job description

· In charge of overall planning, implementation, and completion of jobs within the required time, acceptable cost, and top-tier quality.

· Manage technical complications and on-site installation progression

. Coach and develop team members including supervise and/or carry out fabrication operations/installation in the workshop and site.

· To provide site measurements In-charge of site schedule / job

· Able to communicate to all level and attend customer meeting

· Aluminium windows & doors taking site opening measurements for fabrication

· Arrange site installation schedule.

· Ensuring work teams have the tools required for their daily work.

Requirement

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Have a strong background in managing aluminium job with measurement, fabrication and installation

· At least more than 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Able to start work or on a short notice preferred

· Positive working attitude
