Project Manager
Our client is a Global Financial Institution and are seeking a detailed-oriented and highly organised Business Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and team members.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Manage project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and change requests.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools e.g. Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA. Certification is an added advantage.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
